20120304 We camped up in what look like a vacant block and went for a walk, but nothing was opened except for the Pub so why not take advantage, this was a lovely pub with nice company. We had a good chat with the Bar Tender had a couple of drinks then headed home, it was starting to drizzle so we had to quicken our pace and made it just in time. So far, we have avoided the floods, but I would love to get some photos of it, I better be careful what I wish for.

20120305 Washing done in Hasting now to head for Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula. We parked up the for a walk along another Jetty, got to love the Jetties. Des had his usual nanny nap while I updated this bloody Blog, I love it but man it takes your time. The weather is still shitty so it's prawns and salad for tea followed by videos and a few wines & beers. We couldn't believe it the water is freezing yet their bus loads of people suiting up to go snorkeling, but I must admit the water looks inviting it's so clear and blue I would love to go swimming but I just not that brave.
Flinders at sunset, not a very nice beach, full of seaweed but the water is as clear as.
The new and old Jetty makes for a good walk and some picks to pass the time but it was very windy, Des has had enough and is going home holding his hat all the way.
06-03-2012 Woke to another shitty cold day we would like to unhook the bike and ride around the Peninsula but the weather it holding us back. My kitchen rules was cooking up a storm for brekky with the seagulls watching on or should I say waiting for a feed.

One of the natives around our camp but don't no it's name, one for you Doug.
06-03-2012 All packed up and on the road again, now where SHALL we go, Cape Schanck to check out the Lighthouse looks good, shit he's low on fuel, now why doe's that not surprise me, he's always running low then he freaks out, well there go's Cape Schanck. Out comes the not so trusty Nav searching for the closest fuel station so we headed for Rosebud. We found fuel and when Des went to pay for it he nearly had a heart attack, no just kidding, but when he returned he was all smiles, it seems the attendants were all envious and were asking him all sorts of questions, where did you come from, how long have you been traveling and wishing it were them.
1. We got over jetties they are everywhere!
