20111201 up Qld Dawson River
We arrived in Moura and checked the town out and tried to by a wine glass after braking mine but couldn't find one, I even asked the pub if they might sell me one but had no luck so looks like I have to drink out of a normal glass.
There’s not a lot to see in this town so we drove back 6ks and camped in a park on the river, what a great spot.

Des was chatting with a camper when a car turned up with a couple of young girls who stopped for a drink a
smoke and let their kids have a run around before there long trip home. We
had a great chat and some good laughs when they invited us back to stay on there property but it was back in the opposite direction but Des was
kicking his self that we didn't go. One of the girls, Sam had a very cute
little boy nearly 1 year with big blue eyes, even Des took to him. He was crawled
around the ground picking up sticks and chewing on charcoal, he was such a happy contented baby who reminded me a lot like Ash, we didn't want
them to leave we were having such a great time. After they left we got the music out and had a few drinks when I fell over and grazed my elbow and knee but I didn't break my glass, Des was laughing for day later.
There’s a big Des drilled-out hole in the rock so Des thought he would stick his head in for some reason.
A Great Camp
